OUR PHILOSOPHY
The Fanning Law Firm is dedicated to serving individuals and businesses facing coverage disputes with their insurance company and bad faith litigation should they need to file a lawsuit. Our clients also rely on us for their business litigation, construction law, and commercial transaction needs. Although based in San Diego, we represent clients nationwide.
At The Fanning Law Firm, we understand every client and legal matter are each unique. That is why we develop a customized litigation strategy for each of our clients--we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Based on the various factors of each case, we leverage our extensive experience and knowledge to create an efficient and cost-effective plan of action to resolve our clients’ legal disputes in a timely manner.

CONSTRUCTION LAW
We address all legal matters in the construction industry as we draft and negotiate contracts, help with employment and insurance issues, handle construction defect claims, and assist with resolving our clients’ disputes on behalf of owners, developers, and contractors.
BUSINESS LITIGATION
When two parties are facing a business disagreement, such as a refusal to comply with the terms of the contract or an inability to perform their obligations, we assist our clients in resolving their legal dispute and, if necessary, filing a lawsuit to protect our clients’ interests.
COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS
Focusing on transactions and contracts, we assist our clients plan, negotiate, and draft legal documents associated with various elements of their business, such as selling services or products or forming the appropriate legal entity.
